”\|\|\|\| \|\|\ is not a typing error but the title of a project that is part of a series of works with which Mirza is exploring the idea of site-specificity. He uses architectonic properties of exhibition spaces in various institutions in order to expose them (e.g. shadow gaps or columns).

Artist Florentin Hofman’s giant yellow duckie puts a smile on the faces of passers-by as it floats from city to city along the Loire river in France.

WHITE is a spatial and interactive gallery installation reminiscent of relational art. It is an exhibition space, a meeting point, a ‘common room’ within a gallery and it is designed by Studio 400, a five-year-old architectural design studio at California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

Lu creates works based on abstract arrangements of symbols aesthetically, which are actually based on information and reality. In the City DNA series, maps of famous cities from around the world are codified with Lu’s unique design grammar.
